How can I get my Band on the Parties in the Park Approved Band List?

1. Send us a cd of your band performing. At least 3 songs.
2. Send a bio sheet telling us the name of your band, the members of your group, what type of music you play and what your fee would be for a Party in the Park. Give us the fee based on YOU providing all the sound equipment/technician etc. AND a fee based on US providing all the sound equipment/technician etc.
3. Tell us where locally we could come and listen to your band in the near future.

Parties in the Park, Inc. reviews all of the submitted band informational packets to determine which bands are appropriate to perform at a Party in the Park and then they are placed on the Parties in the Park Approved Band List. The individual groups that sponsor a Party in the Park select from the Parties in the Park Approved Band List the band that they would like to hire. Making the Parties in the Park Approved Band List does not guarantee the band will be hired for a Party in the Park during the upcoming season.

We should receive all band packets by January 1 as the selection process happens during the month of January each year.
 

How Can I become a Food Vendor at Parties in the Park?

If you are a licensed and insured Food Vendor that is interested in participating in Parties in the Park, please send a photo of your food wagon/setup, a sample menu and a letter describing the menu that you serve to Parties in the Park, Inc. PO Box 1461 Muskegon, MI 49443.

All events run from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
